Online Product Assistance
This FAQ is intened to answer some questions you may have regarding the OnLine Products you have purchased.
1. Purchased Product Download
If the product you've purchased includes a downloadable file, please follow the instructions below to obtain your file. You should have been given an UserID and password during either the initial user profile creation stage or when you placed the order. Please note that access to your downloadable content is enabled only after receipt of full payment for the product ordered.
To download purchased content:
Click on "Files" under the "Home" Section on the left panel of our website after you've logged in as shown below:

Then on the "File Downloads" page (see below), click on the file link for the purchased downloadable file to download a copy onto your computer's harddrive. Please note the "Downloads" & "Address" columns on the "File Downloads" page indicate the # of downloads and IP addresses you are allowed to download the indicated file from.

If you've exceeded the # of downloads or # of downloadable IP addres locations, and you need to re-download your product again, you MUST contact our Sales Department for further assistance.
2. User Profile
In order to access many of the services and features provided on this site, you must first create a user profile. For example, you'll need a valid User ID and password in order to place an order and subsequently download any downloadable content for the purchased products.
In addition, you'll need a valid User ID and password in order to access any members only areas of the site.
